4 medium carrots
4 tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
small bunch of parsley or some fresh basil leaves

Carrots have carotene, which is a natural protection against sunburns. Celery is rich in vitamin C. Garlic defeats high blood pressure and cholesterol, to name but a few of its many benefits.
