Can I make Soy Milk in the Oscar juicer?
posted on August 24th, 2007 in F.A.Q'sYes you can. First of all you make a soy juice from soy beans which have been soaked for a minimum of 6 hours.
Rinse and drain the beans. Insert the mincing screen over the auger. Feed them into the shute a little at a time, together with a small amount of water. This will make soy juice.
Add a small amount of salt, sweetener such as sugar/honey/maple syrup and vanilla or other condiments to suit taste.

Does the oscar 900 make soy milk or only the oscar 930?
Hi Katie,
The Oscar 900 will make beautiful, fresh soy milk with soaked soy beans. Simply, just soak your beans for approximately 8 hours and feed through the Oscar with the included Mincing Screen. Add 10:1 warm water and stir thoroughly.
The Oscar 930 is purpose-built for juicing only and will not make soy milk. However, the Oscar 930 is perfect for commercial use as it produces juice fast and efficiently with a unique wider feeding chute and self-feeding mechanism.
