Yes you can. First of all you make a soy juice from soy beans which have been soaked for a minimum of 6 hours. 

Rinse and drain the beans. Insert the mincing screen over the auger. Feed them into the  shute a little at a time, together with a small amount of water.  This will make soy juice.

Add a small amount of salt, sweetener such as sugar/honey/maple syrup and vanilla or other condiments to suit taste.
