Take whatever type of flour you choose. You can add juice for colour and flavour instead of water as a mixing agent. For pasta, it’s a good idea to add an egg to the mixture. Keep the mixture as dry as you can. Put the mincing screens on and the appropriately shaped nozzle and start putting the mixture through. Catch the pasta on a floured tray to keep the strands separated.
