What is a ‘Living Juicer’
posted on April 1st, 2008 in F.A.Q'sA ‘living juicer‘ is a term we have developed to describe a juicer which extracts a juice which stills has substantial amounts of enzymatic activity, nutrients and vitamins.
These types of juicers are relatively new to the market, particularly at an affordable price. A true ‘living juicer’ not only has a slow turning screw or gear mechanism, but is capable, through intelligence of design, to effectively open the cell wall of the produce and release the nutrients. Some single gear juicers produce significant pulp which means the goodness is thrown into the bin or the compost.
